I just gave birth. Am I still able to do placenta encapsulation even though I didn't book beforehand?

As long as you kept the placenta, we can still encapsulate for you under these conditions

Within 2 Hours of Birth

The placenta is on ice within 2 hours of the birth (placenta can stay on ice for up to 24 hours)

Within 24 Hours of Birth

The placenta needs to be in the fridge (can stay in the fridge for up to 72 hours)

Within 72 Hours of Birth

The placenta needs to be frozen (it stay in the freezer for up to 6 months and still be considered safe for encapsulation)

Any placenta over 6 months old will not be considered safe for processing and can not be processed at Bloom.
