What is a tincture?
A tincture is a concentrated alcohol based liquid, made by soaking the placenta. We are place a small amount of placenta in 190 proof organic corn alcohol. Allowing this to develop for 4-6 weeks will pull the hormones and nutrients out, creating a potent liquid that can be used for the same potential benefits as placenta capsules.
How do I use the tincture?
A typical tincture dose would be 5 to 7 drops in a glass of water or juice. It is also beneficial to rub a few drops on the bottom of your feet or upper chest, which are places our body absorbs well.
Why would I want to add this to my placenta encapsulation?
1. To keep the benefits of your placenta for years to come - your tincture can be used indefinitely.
2. Drops can be used later - women who have tinctures made during their child bearing years, often benefit from using it during their menstrual cycles and menopause (in the future).
